1. Shipping Coverage  

  • We currently ship to most major cities and towns across India.
  • For international orders, please contact our support team at contact@yog4lyf.com before placing your order to confirm availability and shipping charges.

2. Handling Time  

  • The estimated delivery time will be calculated based on the time the order got placed (before or after)  our order cutoff time which is 12:00 PM (IST)
  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days of order confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Delivery Timeline  

  • Our transit time is within 1–7 business days, depending on your location.
  • Total delivery time could vary from 2 to 10 business days depending on your location
  • Delivery timelines may be affected by regional holidays, weather, or courier delays. We will do our best to keep you updated in such cases.

4. Shipping Charges  

  • Free Shipping on all orders above ₹1500.
  • For orders below ₹1500, a flat shipping charge of ₹150 will be added at checkout before payment.

5. Order Tracking  

  • Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent via email or SMS.
  • You can track your shipment on the courier partner’s website using the tracking ID provided.

6. Delivery Issues  

  • If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact our support team for assistance.
  • In case of failed delivery attempts, the courier will usually attempt redelivery or contact you directly.
  • If a delivery fails due to incorrect address or contact details, we may need to charge additional fees for re-shipping.

7. Damaged or Missing Items  

  • Please inspect your order upon delivery.
  • If you receive a damaged, missing, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
    • Your order number
    • Photos of the product and packaging (if applicable)
  • We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as per our Return, Refund & Exchange Policy.
