1. Eligibility for Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
We accept return, refund, and exchange requests under the following conditions:
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging.
- Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
- The product must not be damaged (except in cases of defective or incorrect items).
- A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is required.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, please:

- Include your order number and the reason for return.
- Our team will assess the request and guide you through the return process.
- Return shipping instructions will be shared upon approval.
- Return shipping costs may apply unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item sent by us.
3. Refund Policy
- Full Refunds will be provided for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped.
- Refunds are processed within 7 to 10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part
4. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are offered only for damaged or incorrect items.

If you wish to exchange for a different product, you must:
- Return the original item in unused condition.
- Place a new order separately.
- Return shipping charges in this case will be borne by the customer.
- Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
5. Items Not Eligible for Return/Refund
- Products returned after 7 days of delivery.
- Items that are used, washed, or damaged (unless proven to be defective upon arrival).
- Returns made solely due to personal dissatisfaction (e.g., “didn’t like the product”) where the item is otherwise as described.
6. Damaged or Defective Products
If your item arrives damaged or defective:

- Share clear photos of the product and packaging.
- Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
7. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
- Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
- You may return the product after receiving it, as per our return policy.
- Refunds for cancelled orders (before shipping) will be processed within 7 to 10 business days.
